The main requirements with the new Trainee site was: Ease of use for the progam administrator when matching trainee positions with applicants, adding new positions, managing web content and news related to the program. Scalability to manage the growth of the trainee program. Future built in functionalities is for example payment integration. Dynamic news content combined with static informative and communication tools like contact forms and digital application forms.
